The device has a flange assembling unit (A1) and a cleat assembling unit (A2) for allowing the adjustment of the depth of the position of a shaft with respect to vertical slides. The flange assembling unit is located in a plane of a flat flange (2) or is symmetric with respect to the plane of the flange, such that the flange is mounted at right and left sides of a case or reentrant. The cleat assembling unit is mounted at the right and left sides of the flange. An independent claim is also included for a roller-blind assembly comprising a shaft.
