摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A tunnel inside accident detecting unit using a scanner is provided to accurately monitor an internal state of a tunnel in real time by using a 3D scanner and a 2D scanner. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel inside accident detecting unit using a scanner includes a vehicle photographing unit (110), a 3D scanner (120), a light projecting unit (130), a projection area (140), a control unit (150), a communication unit (160), and a management server (170). The vehicle photographing unit is installed in each section in a tunnel and photographs vehicles driving to a road divided by road lines. The 3D scanner is installed on both sides and a ceiling of the tunnel to scan a tunnel inside floor with constant distances. The light projecting unit projects light from the 3D scanner to the front. The projection area is formed by consecutively emitting a laser beam to a floor surface of the road. The control unit senses an object on the floor surface of the road by calculating reflective beam return time. The communication unit transmits an image signal of the 3D scanner to the outside. The management server receives signals from the communication unit to notify them to a manager.
