PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic bulletin board system which eliminates the need of operations not only to create a message but also to fetch image data from an imaging unit. SOLUTION: Each of video cameras 1b images the insides of message regions R1, R2 and sends image data onto a network, and based on a detection result of a human-sensible sensor 5, a storage timing setting section 3b of a control terminal 3 determines whether an object K to be imaged inside the message region R1, R2 is shielded by a person. If the object K to be imaged inside the message region R1, R2 is not shielded by any person, a trigger signal instructing storage of image data in the message regions R1, R2 is transmitted to a display terminal 4 and when the trigger signal is received, an image storage section 2b of the display terminal 4 stores the image data in the message regions R1, R2 captured by each of the video cameras 1b.
