PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray system for lowering a temperature, having high cooling energy efficiency. SOLUTION: This spray system 1 for lowering a temperature in an object space by spraying the water as mist, includes a spray determining means for determining whether the spray is performed or not on the basis of an ambient relative humidity, and a water supply amount control means for setting one or more threshold values to an ambient temperature, and controlling a water supply amount by the threshold value over the ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is over the threshold value, and the mist is sprayed when the relative humidity is less than 75%.
