PURPOSE: A producing method of salted food containing various food ingredients is provided to secure the unique flavor and taste of each food ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salted food containing various food ingredients comprises the following steps: removing inedible parts from the food ingredients, and washing; cutting the washed food ingredients into the length of 5cm, and the thickness of 1cm; semi-drying the cut food ingredients; dipping the firstly dried food ingredients in 3-9% salt water for 2-5 hours; secondly drying the food ingredients; frying the secondly dried food ingredients using 150-180 deg C cooking oil for 2-10 seconds; aging the fried food ingredients at 10-20 deg C for more than 2 days; and vacuum packing the food ingredients after vacuum freeze-drying. |
