PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: the conventional technology does not perform image correction suitable for various visually-challenged persons, such as a color-challenged person having trouble to discriminate a specific hue, an achromate having trouble to discriminate an object in high luminance or a geriatric person having xanthosis and luminance deterioration due to aging. SOLUTION: An image data processor includes: an image inputting part for inputting image data; a conversion source region storing part for storing a setting region of at least one of a hue and luminance hard to see; a conversion destination region storing part for storing a setting region of at least one of a hue and luminance easy to see; an image data converting part for replacing image data of a pixel corresponding to the conversion source region of at least one of a hue and luminance with image data corresponding to a conversion destination region of at least one of the hue and luminance in an image input from the image inputting part so as to prevent a pixel of the image data having the setting region of at least one of the hue and luminance hard to see from existing in the image, and an image outputting part for outputting the image data converted by the image data converting part to a displaying medium.
