PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an intake manifold arranged at the upper portion of an engine, capable of exhibiting effective impact absorption performance sufficiently taking pedestrian safety into consideration. SOLUTION: The intake manifold 100 includes a surge tank section 110 and a port section 120 connected to the surge tank section. The port section 120 has a plurality of branch suction pipes 121 extending from the surge tank section 110 and having top ends to which a flange 122 for mounting the intake manifold 100 on the upper portion of the engine 10 is integrally attached. A thin-walled portion 121a is formed at a boundary portion between each branch suction pipe 121 and the flange 122 along the circumferential direction of the branch suction pipe 121 and at least at a part in the circumferential direction.
