PURPOSE: An insert antenna and a manufacturing method of the insert antenna reduce the thickness of the insert antenna by forming an antenna pattern along a through line. CONSTITUTION: An insert antenna (100) includes a frame (110), a pattern (120), and a plating layer (130). The frame is made of polymer compounds and polycarbonate, is formed through injection molding, and has a through line (101) corresponding to the antenna pattern. The through line includes an upper opening, a lower opening, and a space. The pattern is formed along the through line of the frame. The plating layer is formed on the surface of the pattern. An injection molding product (140) includes the pattern and the frame and injects acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer along the through line.
