PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a porous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hollow fiber membrane using a foaming agent is provided to easily improve the permeability of a PTFE hollow fiber membrane. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a PTFE hollow fiber membrane using a foaming agent is as follows. Paste is produced by mixing PTFE powder, a liquid lubricant, and a foaming agent (S1). The paste is compressed in a compressor and is preformed in a hollow fiber shape (S2). The preformed hollow fiber is extruded in an extruder (S3). The liquid lubricant is removed by heating the extruded hollow fiber (S4). The hollow fiber is stretched (S5). The stretched hollow fiber is plasticized (S6).
