PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle mounted object fastening structure capable of enabling reinforcement by closing an opening end side of a vehicle structural member without using a reinforcement member such as a plate having a closed cross section provided by closing the opening end side of the vehicle structural member. SOLUTION: A bracket 12, in which a connecting part 58 extending from a side portion on the opposite side of an attaching part 52 of a leg 54 is connected to a bottom wall 20 and the like of a rear cross member 18 having a hat shape in cross section, is connected to a flange 26 in which an extending part 62 extended from the attaching part 52 is formed on the cross member 18. Therefore, a cross section of the bottom wall 20 of the rear cross member 18 as seen in a longitudinal direction is closed only by the rear cross member 18 and the bracket 12.
