PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisted regeneration device reducing a drag loss of a regeneration motor or an assist pump. SOLUTION: The assisted regeneration device 10 includes a motor generator 4 rotatively operating with electric energy, the regeneration motor 2 rotatively driving the motor generator 4 with the energy of working fluid in regeneration, and the assist pump 3 rotatively driven by the motor generator 4 to discharge the working fluid in assistance. The regeneration motor 2 includes a supply means supplying the working fluid between a cylinder block 42 and a port plate 47 and is configured to set the inclination angle of a swash plate 46 of the regeneration motor 2 at almost zero in assistance and to supply pressurized hydraulic oil between the swash plate 46 and the port plate 47 of the regeneration motor 2 in assistance.
