<p>The device comprises a clamping unit (4) for the bobbin housing (3), which are connected to a spring (5) by a force transfer unit (7). A release unit (13,18,15) is provided, which is designed as a freewheel in the winding direction that remains in an inactive position upon rotation of a holder (2) in the winding direction and is configured to move the force transfer unit against the spring force upon rotation of the holder opposite to the winding direction in order to release the clamping of the bobbin housing.
