PURPOSE: A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to eliminate a glaring phenomenon by forming a connection electrode using silver ink. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board (10) includes a surface, a first direction, and a second direction which crosses to the first direction. First electrodes (20) include a crossed section to sense the touch location of the first direction on the surface of the circuit board. Second electrodes are arranged on the surface of the circuit board. Insulation patterns (50) are accumulated on the crossed section of the first electrodes. Connection electrodes (40) are accumulated on the insulation patterns to connect to the second electrode.
