PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce ESR (equivalent series resistance) and ESL (equivalent series inductance) without trouble at bonding to an external circuit, in a capacitor with screw terminals that includes a capacitor element made by winding a positive electrode and a negative electrode with a separator in between while extraction tabs are connected to the positive and negative electrodes, and a cylindrical case with a bottom for storing the capacitor element, wherein the extraction tabs are connected to the pair of screw terminals penetrating through a sealing material prior to sealing an opening of the case with the sealing material.
