The device has a ventilation heat pump, which has a ventilating outlet (11) and a waste air connecting piece (12), and an air distribution unit. The unit is detachably fixed to the ventilation heat pump such that the discharge air is led by the air distribution unit in the ventilating outlet, and that the exhaust air (FL) is led by the waste air connecting piece by a waste air pipe in the air distribution unit.
