PURPOSE: A Korean morpheme analysis device and a method thereof are provided to gradually improve a morpheme analysis performance by providing a self-learning function for analyzing sentences. CONSTITUTION: A morpheme analysis unit (12) analyzes morpheme for a Korean sentence. A correction data extraction unit (144) extracts analysis error correction data by using a sentence clue in the analysis result of the morpheme analysis unit. A storage unit (16) stores the analysis error correction data, and a correction unit (18) outputs the final morpheme analysis result by applying the analysis error correction data to the analysis result of the morpheme analysis unit.
