PURPOSE: A ball valve is provided to completely remove an element for disturbing the flow of fluid, a pipeline, and an additional space. CONSTITUTION: A ball valve comprises a core ball (1), a half ball (2), seats (3, 4), a body (5), a cover plate (6), an actuating shaft (7), a sliding bushing (8), a bearing (9), and a seal ring (91). The core ball is formed by horizontally cutting the top and bottom ends of a ball (11). A hanging groove (23) is formed on the top end of the half ball, and a through hole (22) is formed on the bottom end. The seats are installed on the inlet and outlet of a mounting space (50) of the body. Pipes (51, 52) are formed in the inlet and outlet of the body, and a mounting space having an open top is formed inside of the body. The cover plate covers the mounting space. The actuating shaft is installed on the center of the cover plate to be rotated, and a hanging shaft (71) coupled to the hanging groove of the half ball is formed thereon. |
