<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining line system and a machining method simplifying a whole system configuration that uses machine tools performing machining by multi-spindle heads. <P>SOLUTION: The machining line system 10 performs machining by the multi-spindle heads 14 formed by putting together a plurality of tools T, and is provided with: the machine tools 16 on which the multi-spindle heads 14 are attachably/detachably loaded and having power mechanisms 42 transmitting the power to the tools T provided to the multi-spindle heads 14; a stocker 18 arranged separately from the machine tools 16 and storing the multi-spindle heads 14 for exchange; and carriages 20 having attaching/detaching mechanisms 36 attaching/detaching the multi-spindle heads 14 to/from the machine tools 16 and conveying the multi-spindle heads 14 between the machining tools 16 and stocker 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
