PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which can quickly produce and display a good-natured pictured image in digital tomography, and to provide an arithmetic method of a filter coefficient used to picture an image in the X-ray diagnostic apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus captures a plurality of X-ray images at a plurality of X-ray tube positions to apply pretreatment to the each image, and then carries out filtering treatment and back projection to produce a pictured image, wherein filter coefficients used for filtering are determined to be preferable for every scan orbit, every image frame, and every picture element within the image.
