The device has a magnetic circuit comprising parts (100, 200), and a control coil (20) powered to generate a control magnetic flux and to actuate one of the parts to move between opening and closing positions of the circuit. The other part includes cylinder heads (11A, 11B) moved with respect to each other between initial and final positions to authorize circulation of the magnetic flux. The former part includes a magnetic trigger (13A) actuated to move between the opening and closing positions of the circuit with respect to one of the heads when the cylinder heads are in final position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a passive charging terminal for an electric vehicle (2) an active charging terminal for electric vehicle (3) a recharging device of an electric vehicle.
