PURPOSE: A back sheet for a solar cell module and the solar cell module comprising the same are provided to obtain excellent price competitiveness by forming a polyethylene based film on both surfaces of a polyester film layer. CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene based film layer (14) is formed on both surfaces of a polyester film layer (12). The polyethylene based film layer contains a white inorganic material. The polyethylene based film layer has a thickness of 10-250 μm. The white inorganic material includes titanium dioxide. The white inorganic material has a particle size of 0.1-10 μm.
