PURPOSE: A precast (PC) slab with a strand holding device and a one-way underflooring slab continuous construction method using the same are provided to reduce the amount of re-bars arranged in a slab, to decrease the deflection of a slab, and to suppress the cracks of a joint for joining a PC slab and a PC beam. CONSTITUTION: A PC slab (100) with a strand holding device comprises an upper plate, a pair of lateral plates, and a pair of lower plates into a module.
