PURPOSE: A traffic signal device increases the duration of usage by combining a solar cell plate with a battery. CONSTITUTION: An operation part (110) performs the movement of a pendulum around a shaft and includes a first magnet part composed of a permanent magnet. A fixing part (120) supports the shaft and includes a second magnet part composed of an electromagnet. A power source includes a storage battery. A light rod or a signal flag is installed on the operation part. A sensor is made up of one proximity sensor and generates a signal when the approach of the operation part is recognized. A circuit part (130) makes the second magnet part as the electromagnet by using the signal of the sensor. |
