PURPOSE: A fuel gas supply system using the waste heat of a waste heat recovery system for a ship is provided to use the waste heat of the waste heat recovery system as a heat source when natural gas is vaporized to supply fuel gas to a propulsion engine of the ship. CONSTITUTION: A fuel gas supply system comprises a vaporizer (200), a heating medium circuit (350), and a waste heat recovery system (550). The vaporizer is installed between a liquefied gas storage tank (150) and an engine (100) to vaporize liquefied gas. The heating medium circuit circulates heating medium to the vaporizer. The waste heat recovery system collects first waste heat from high-temperature exhaust gas exhausted from the engine. Heat supplied from the heating medium to vaporize the liquefied gas is collected from the first waste heat collected by the waste heat recovery system and second waste heat generated by the waste heat recovery system.
