PURPOSE: A display device and a driving method thereof reduce the signal distortion of a data voltage by reducing the line resistance of a data line. CONSTITUTION: A first data line group including first data lines, a second data line group including second data lines and scan lines are formed on a display panel. First source drive ICs (121) supply a data voltage to the first data line group. Second source drive ICs (131) supply the data voltage to the second data line group. A scan drive circuit supplies a scan pulse to the scan lines. First data lines (DL1) and second data lines (DL2) are not connected to each other and are parallel to each other.
