<p>PURPOSE: A treatment apparatus of fly ash and a treatment method of the same are provided to improve the slump retention and the intensity of concrete if fly ash is used for manufacturing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A treatment apparatus of fly ash includes a supplying part(10), a calcining part(20), a mixing part(30), and a pulverizing part(40). The supplying part includes a dust collector, a storing bath, and an air blower. The storing bath receives fly ash which is generated from a coal combustion process. The calcining part includes a rotary kiln and a rotary cooler. The rotary cooler sprays coolant to fly as exhausted from the rotary kiln. The mixing part includes a distributing bath and a binder tank. The binder tank adds a binder to the fly ash from the distributing bath.</p> |
