PURPOSE: An e-book optimizing method in a mobile device is provided to prevent the degradation of movement speed by automatically reducing a frame when a screen is touched to move a page. CONSTITUTION: An object of an e-book is executed and a waiting mode displaying the object on one screen is executed (S02). The waiting mode is converted into an operating mode by recognizing a touch (S03). A screen converting mode is operated by recognizing a flick motion for turning the screen or a multi touch motion giving a change to the screen (S04). The object returns to the waiting mode after the screen conversion to be repeated until termination.
