PURPOSE: An activating device and an activating method of waterworks sludge are provided to minimize discharge of environmental pollution by using the waterworks sludge with a high water content to collect and inflow waste heat that is generated from a kiln to a drying furnace. CONSTITUTION: An activating device of waterworks sludge comprises a cover(1), a drying furnace(2), a kiln(3), a waste heat recollecting pipe(7), an inlet pipe(4), a gas discharging pipe(5), a scrubber(10), a discharge pipe cover(11), and a collecting pipe(6). The waste heat recollecting pipe transfers waste heat of the kiln to the drying furnace. The scrubber and the discharging pipe cover are installed on a top of the gas discharging pipe that is extended to the outside of the cover. The collecting pipe is installed at one side of a lower part of the cover and discharges the plasticized waterworks sludge(G-lite). |
