PURPOSE: A method for interconnecting devices in a home cloud system and an apparatus thereof are provided to share information between the terminals, by recording and sharing information of the terminal connected to a storage unit without a separate control unit. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver unit (110) transmits and receives data with a terminal. A storage unit (120) includes a data storing unit and a terminal information storing unit. The storage unit stores data. A control unit (130) stores the information of a first terminal received through the transceiver unit in the storage unit. The control unit transmits the stored information of the first terminal to a second terminal.
