CONSTITUTION: Rare sausage made by a heating method for taste and a drying method comprises a sucking valve (40) and an exhaust valve, a door (13), a drying part (12) which is connected to a heating air to a heating air supplying part, a main body (11) which is connected to an opening part for passing a heating air, a direct heating air supplying part (20) which supplies a heating air to the drying part through several supplying nozzles and comprises a declined plate which is installed on a heating air supplying member which is connected to the opening part for passing a heating air and a rare sausage drying part (30) that rare sausage is placed in for being dried. |
