PURPOSE: A rotary parking guardrail for protecting a vehicle for a curved exit ramp in a parking lot is provided to enable the easy installation of a cushion member and a tension spring and to remarkably reduce maintenance costs. CONSTITUTION: A rotary parking guardrail for protecting a vehicle in a curved exit ramp of a parking lot comprises a lower bracket(100), an upper bracket(200), bearings(300), a round steel bar(400), a tension spring(500), and a shock absorbing pipe(600). The lower bracket has multiple bolt holes(102) and a lower bearing coupling hole(104). The upper bracket has a vertical piece(210) with multiple bolt holes(212) and a horizontal piece(220) with an upper bearing coupling hole(222). The bearings are coupled to the upper and lower bearing coupling holes. The round steel bar is inserted into the inner races of the bearings. The tension spring is formed between the upper and lower brackets and coupled to the round steel bar. The shock absorbing pipe is formed using an EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) material and is coupled to the outer surface of the tension spring. |
