PURPOSE: A resistance heating composition is provided to manufacture a high-conductivity resistance heating body in a spray type in the low viscosity, and is provided to enable the molding and implementing the high conductivity. CONSTITUTION: When a resistance heating body is formed by using a silicone emulsion particle and a carbon nano-tube having different electric charge, the carbon nano-tube is able to be combined around the silicone emulsion particle by the static electrical power, thereby maximizing the volume effect and improving the conductivity. When the deformation of the resistance heating body is generated by the external stress condition, the breaking of the silicon material and the degradation of the electric conduction are able to be prevented.
