METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SYNCHRONIZING DATA IN A PORTABLE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A data synchronization method of a mobile terminal and an apparatus thereof are provided to synchronize the data of a mobile terminal by a motion inputted by a user through the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: If a motion sensor detects a first motion which was set up in advance, a control unit (10) synchronizes data in response to the first motion. If the motion sensor detects a second motion which was set up in advance, the control unit synchronizes data in response to the second motion. If the first motion is inputted, the control unit synchronizes only the predetermined number of data among data which are to be synchronized.
