PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an air-permeable antibiotic film is provided to manufacture a medical air-permeable antibiotic film which has excellent and uniform air permeability and improved durability and antibiotic performance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an air-permeable sterilizing film comprises a step of melt-mulling a compound composition for an air-permeable antibiotic film, which includes linear low density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, calcium carbonate, an oxidation preventer, a dehumidifying agent, wax, and an antimicrobial agent; a step of extruding the mulled composition at 180-260 °C to a film phase, cooling the extruded film, and heating the film to 60-90 °C; and a step of elongating the heated film to 400% or greater and manufacturing an air-permeable antibiotic film by cooling the elongated film. |
