PURPOSE: A tree protecting plate is provided to effectively protect a tree, to improve the aesthetic feature of the city, and to be easily installed. CONSTITUTION: Plural hexagonal holes (11) are formed on the upper center in which the inner surface is narrow and the outer surface is wide around a tree. A pattern surface (12) for forming a pattern or a log is formed on the upper outside. A space unit (13) is formed on the lower side of the pattern surface. A combining unit (14) is protruding upwards to be inserted into the hexagonal holes by being integrated to one lower side. A tree penetration hole (15) is formed on the center to insert one hexagonal hole to one combining unit of a main body plate (10).
