PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a window in association with an external image input to be controlled by a remote control or the like, among a plurality of windows.SOLUTION: A display device comprises external image input means such as a network interface 204 and an external image input interface 205 for inputting an external image. The display device is capable of simultaneously displaying external image windows 301, 302 for displaying external images input according to respective external image input means, and an application window 303 for displaying an application. When an external input switching order is input by a remote control or the like, the display device determines the presence of an external image input by a specified external image input means, and when determining the presence of the external image, switches an external image window corresponding to the specified external image input means to as an active window. |
