PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To include, in a production plan, not only an increase/decrease of intermediate products but also man-hour of the total personnel necessary for a capacity utilization.SOLUTION: A production plan creation device forms a plan of a production quantity by capacity utilization and the number of personnel required for the capacity utilization, with a time used as a parameter. The production plan creation device includes: fist production means for producing a first quantity according to lapse of a first time; first number-of-personnel calculation means for calculating the number of personnel required for the production of the first quantity; production means for producing a second quantity according to lapse of a second time after the lapse of the first time; second number-of-personnel calculation means for calculating the number of personnel required for the production of the second quantity; and total number-of-personnel calculation means for calculating the total number of personnel required for producing the first quantity and the second quantity on the basis of the number of personnel calculated by the first number-of-personnel calculation means and the second number-of-personnel calculation means. |
