PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management device that does not process any illegal maintenance from a maintenance execution device.SOLUTION: A maintenance management device receives a warning of failure in a maintenance object device, determines whether or not to use the determination result of a maintenance approval device for transmission of the warning on the basis of a maintenance policy, when the determination result is used, receives the determination result of the warning from the maintenance approval device, controls transmission propriety of the warning to a maintenance execution device in accordance with the determination result, receives a maintenance instruction from the maintenance execution device, determines whether or not to use the determination result of the maintenance approval device for the transmission of the maintenance instruction on the basis of maintenance instruction determination information, when the determination result is used, receives the determination result of the maintenance instruction from the maintenance approval device, and controls transmission propriety of the maintenance instruction to the maintenance object device in accordance with the determination result. |
