PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: when two elevators with doors fully closed and adjacent to each other in the same hoistway stop on the same floor, and when neither car call nor floor call is registered in control devices of both elevators, a car call and a car call are received simultaneously, or reception of a car call and allocation of a floor call occur simultaneously in both control devices; and when the floor corresponding to the calls is located in the same direction, the elevators move side by side and generate large wind noise to disturb passengers.SOLUTION: A control device is set in enabled state or disabled state for moving an elevator. When neither car call nor floor call is registered in both control devices, both control devices are set in the disabled state. If a car call reception and a floor call reception, or a car call reception and allocation of a floor call occur simultaneously. only one control device is set to the enabled state. After one elevator starts moving, when the elevators are not likely to move side by side, the other control device is set to the enabled state. |
