PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with an antifouling film, which has a fluorine-containing organosilicon compound film that is excellent in antifouling properties such as water repellency and is excellent in wear resistance to suppress the deterioration of the antifouling properties against repetitive wiping operations or the like.SOLUTION: This substrate with an antifouling film comprises: a transparent substrate having a first principal surface and a second principal surface opposite to the first principal surface; and a fluorine-containing organosilicon compound film, with which the first principal surface is coated; wherein the surface roughness of the fluorine-containing organosilicon compound film, in a state where the first principal surface is coated, is ≤10 nm in terms of center line average roughness (Ra). |
