PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional photomask that has a difference in length between a guide pin and an optical pin so as to facilitate a plug-in connection, and a manufacturing method of the three-dimensional photomask and a manufacturing method of an optical plug employing the three-dimensional photomask.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional photomask 1 is formed that is provided with a light transmissible convex part 11 having a predetermined thickness in a direction where light passes so as to cover a predetermined light transmission part 10a out of a plurality of light transmission parts 10a and 10b on a surface opposite an irradiation side of light. The manufacturing method of the three-dimensional photomask is configured to include the steps of: placing a photocuring resin 15 so as to cover a part or all of the light transmission parts 10a and 10b of a photomask 10 serving as a base on which the plurality of light transmission parts 10a and 10b are formed; placing a photomask 12 for formation of a convex part provided with a light transmission part 12a for formation of the convex part to form a convex part 11 on the photocuring resin 15 placed on the photomask 10 serving as the base; and forming the convex part 11 by irradiating an upper side of the photomask 12 for formation of the convex part with light.
