PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance value compensation circuit that suppresses a resistance value of a resistance whose resistance value varies with a substrate temperature.SOLUTION: A resistance value compensation circuit 1 includes: a resistance R whose resistance value varies with variation in substrate temperature; a resistance correction section 16 connected in series with the resistance R, and having a resistance value changed in preset resistance step widths to suppress the variation in the resistance value of the resistance R with variation in substrate temperature; a first voltage generation section 11 for generating a first voltage Vf varying with substrate temperature; a second voltage generation section 13 for generating second voltages Vf1 to Vfn-1 specifying the first voltage Vf for time points of changing the resistance value of the resistance correction section 16; and a resistance changeover section 14 for comparing the first voltage Vf with the second voltages Vf1 to Vfn-1 and changing the resistance value of the resistance correction section 16 accordingly.
