PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shield film including hologram for being stuck to a glass that prevents indoor temperature from rising excessively due to sunlight and that makes it difficult to visually see an inside of a house from outside and is effective to prevent peeping.SOLUTION: A heat shield film 10 including hologram comprises: a transparent film 11; a hologram layer 15; a transparent reflection layer 17; and an adhesive layer 19. The hologram layer 15 on a side of the transparent reflection layer 17 is formed with a fine uneven relief expressing a white light reproduction hologram function. When seeing through the heat shield film 10 including hologram, a person can visually see outside from one side and can visually see a reproduced hologram image from the other side.
