PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic EL panel which provides high quality display.SOLUTION: An organic EL panel 11 comprises: a first subpixel; and a second subpixel. A first light emitting layer is formed in the first subpixel by a coating method. Then, a second light emitting layer is formed over the entire surface of a substrate by a vapor deposition method. The second light emitting layer formed on the first light emitting layer of the first subpixel is selectively irradiated with an ultraviolet ray 82 in the next process. In the second light emitting layer formed in the first subpixel, the light emitting function is deactivated with the ultraviolet ray irradiation. Accordingly, a situation where the second light emitting layer on the first light emitting layer emits light can be minimized. More specifically, color purity of light emitted from the first subpixel can be maintained at high level, so that color reproduction range can be enlarged. |
