PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting board which has high reliability at an electrical connection between an electronic component and a terminal provided on a substrate even when the ambient temperature changes and which can be used for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A mounting board includes: an electronic component 1 having a thick portion 1a; a substrate 2 on at least one main surface side of which is provided with a terminal 3; and a string-like member 4. The electronic component 1 is arranged on the substrate 2 such that the surface of the thick portion 1a and the surface of the terminal 3 come into surface contact with each other. The thick portion 1a and the substrate 2 are fixed together by the string-like member 4. |
