PURPOSE: An LED module for drying and sterilization and a drying sterilizer with the same is provided to have deodorization effect while having drying and sterilization effect being harmless without side effects. CONSTITUTION: An LED module (1) for drying and sterilization comprises a module case; a circuit board prepared in the module case; and a water proofing part which blocks inflow of contaminants and moisture into the module case. The ultraviolet LED and an infrared LED are arranged in a ratio of 1:1-5 with a range of 390-400 nanometer and a range of 830-860 nanometer for each wave length.
