PURPOSE: A plastic rod screen filling material used for a moisture evaporating and cooling device and an odor removing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided not to be damaged by chemical components of hot water by using inactive materials such as polyester, HDPE, and polypropylene (the other materials are available). CONSTITUTION: A plastic rod screen filling material is used for a moisture evaporating and cooling device, an odor removing device, and a moisture absorbing toxic gas removing device. The plate type plastic rod screen filling material comprises a plate type plastic rod screen filling frame and a plastic rod screen. The plate type plastic rod screen filling frame comprises an upper frame, a lower frame, and a side support rod. The plastic rod screen is comprised of a plurality of plastic rods (5) separated from each other at sufficient intervals, and the plastic rods are attached to the upper frame and the lower frame of the plastic rod screen filling frame. A plurality of attaching taps is installed on the plate type plastic rod screen filling frame to connect the plate type plastic rod screen filling materials to each other.
