PURPOSE: Mobile device security is provided to limit mobile phone use while driving even in case a driver tries to make a call using mobile device unconsciously, thereby promoting safe driving. CONSTITUTION: A method for outgoing call control using mobile device security is as follows. The mobile phone use while driving is timely prevented since AP machine is directly installed in the vehicle. Mobile device security (MDS) application is activated when the vehicle is driven (shift into D, R, N gear) so that mobile phone functions including call and text message, etc. stop. The MDS is automatically terminated when the vehicle is not driven (shift into P gear, handbrake, etc.) so that the mobile phone function is entirely restored and activated.
