PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a hollow structure plate, with superior productivity and workability.SOLUTION: A molding sheet is obtained first by forming frustum-shaped hollow projections in a zigzag manner on one surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet by vacuum forming. Two molding sheets individually formed are thermally fused with their hollow projections in contact with each other, and integrated. During the integration process, a pair of rollers having a plurality of pins formed in a zigzag manner are used. The pins of the rollers are inserted into hollow projections of the molding sheets to press at least portions of top parts of the hollow projections from inside.
