PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black ink composition for aqueous inkjet with which high print density and excellent scratch resistance are obtained even in high speed printing on a piece of uncoated paper (plain paper and offset paper), and which is also excellent in discharge stability and storage stability.SOLUTION: A black ink composition for aqueous inkjet contains carbon black, an alkali-soluble resin, a wax emulsion, a basic compound, and an aqueous medium, wherein the content of the carbon black is 8-12 mass% in the black ink composition for aqueous inkjet, the average particle diameter of the wax emulsion is 150-200 nm, and 10-40 pts.mass of the wax emulsion is contained in the black ink composition for aqueous inkjet with respect to 100 pts.mass of the carbon black in terms of the solid content. |
